A negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or Rapid At-Home Kit test result is required to be able to attend the in-person part of the conference.

• For RT-PCR, the test must be taken on SEPT 8 or 9. 

• For Rapid At-Home test kits, the test must be taken on  SEPT 9.

If you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever or chills, loss of taste or smell, cough, headache, shortness of breath, and sore throat), please stay at home and do not plan to attend the in-person conference. A refund will be issued if a participant tested positive, has symptoms, or is sick days before the in-person conference.

For your safety and the safety of your brothers and sisters in Christ, we are initiating a Covid bubble during SCON.  This includes not leaving the hotel premises from the start of the conference until the end of the conference.  It also includes limiting contact with individuals not participating or serving in the conference that was not subject to Covid testing as required of all attendees and service team.

If you do not submit a COVID-19 test result prior to arrival to the venue, there will be a possibility that you will be denied admittance to the conference venue due to a positive test result and will have to make arrangements at your own expense. In the next week leading up to the conference, please be cautious with exposure to illness. Upon entry, the medical team will also be taking temperatures to ensure the health and safety of all attendees.
