PASTORAL WORKSHOP 1:
Fully Human: Introduction to Theology of the Body
Speaker: Merlin Joshua Agcamaran
Collected from St John Paul II’s writings, Theology of the Body is a message of hope, beauty and life. Formed in His image and likeness, our bodies reveal divine truths about who we are and how we love. Come join us in an introduction to the theology of our bodies!

CREATIVE WORKSHOP 1:
The Word Made Art: Calligraphy Workshop
Speaker: Queency Paraiso
Calligraphy and lettering are beautiful ways to express our faith. Creating art, while meditating on Scripture and quotes from saints, is a creative path to pray and encounter God. The Word Made Art is a beginner-level workshop for those who would like to spread the Word in their own creative way. Developing our talents and prayer life leads us to becoming Fully Alive!
October 13 - Tuesday

PASTORAL WORKSHOP 2:
Heaven Sent: Holiness in Relationships
Speaker: Vince & Cay Granado
Discerning our vocation is discovering who we are meant to become. The happiest and most fulfilled we can be is when we are fully ourselves. Vince and Cay will lead us in a discussion on the process of discernment, the desire for love, the beauty of sexuality, the path to holiness, and the need to trust the Author of our lives. These topics will be explored through the lens of the many relationships in our lives: friends, family, and a significant other.

CREATIVE WORKSHOP 2:
The Missionary Brand: Graphic Design Workshop
Speaker: Martin Angeles
As Christians, we believe everything is created with purpose for a purpose. We live in a time where the tools to create are so accessible that anyone with a smartphone can be a designer! In this graphic arts workshop, Martin will show us his approach to design with the true, good, and beautiful in mind. Martin will be discussing the tools and techniques to digital design-making using the “canva” software as a platform. He will also be sharing his Catholic approach to design and how the practice of creativity is a means to fully live out our missionary call.
October 14 - Wednesday

PASTORAL WORKSHOP 3:
Love Your Neighbor: Racism & Social Injustice
Speaker: Fr. Stephen Thorne
Jesus tells us the two greatest commandments are to love God and to love our neighbor (Mark 12:30-31). In today’s turbulent times, what does the Church and our Catholic faith tell us about loving our neighbor by addressing racism and social injustice? This workshop will help us to more fully understand Jesus’s commands and how we can take action against racism as Catholics.

CREATIVE WORKSHOP 3:
Heart For Worship: Songwriting Workshop
Speaker: Bimbo Yerro
“Sing to the Lord a new song; Sing to the Lord, all the earth.” (Psalm 96:1) The book of Psalms is filled with songs of worship. St Augustine once said, “He who sings prays twice.” How beautiful it is to pursue God by turning our prayers into songs! Find a new way to express your love for God by learning how to write your own songs. Discover how you can expand your musical abilities and develop the God-given talents you are blessed with!
October 15 - Thursday

PASTORAL WORKSHOP 4:
The Virtual Vineyard: Online Ministry
Speaker: John Yumul
We have fully entered the “new normal” where all of our activities and events are done virtually. What does ministry look like? How can we keep households, assemblies and other gatherings engaging and fulfilling? How can we continue to evangelize? The Virtual Vineyard workshop is a series of interviews with SFC and CFC members across the US who will share some of the challenges we face and best practices to overcome them. Even though the world is standing still, the mission still continues!

CREATIVE WORKSHOP 4:
G-sus: Learning to Play Guitar for Worship (Beginner & Advanced)
Speaker: Patrick Coronel, Emman Espino
“Give thanks to the Lord on the harp; on the ten-stringed lyre offer praise.” (Psalm 33:2) Playing the guitar is a way to pray not just with our hearts, but also with our bodies and talents! If you are a beginner, we will have a practical lesson with techniques and approaches to get you started on your musical journey. If you are experienced, we will have an advanced session to help us take the next step. In both sessions, we will play together, pray together and give our worship to the Lord!
